- Members must uphold high standards of professionalism, honesty, and service quality.
- CoreGrand reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership for misconduct or client complaints.
- Memberships are annual, non-transferable, and renew automatically unless canceled.
- Renewal notices are sent 14 days before expiration.
- CoreGrand Group applies a small service commission on completed jobs obtained through the CoreGrand platform. This fee sustains client acquisition, system maintenance, and provider visibility. The exact commission rate and payment procedures are detailed in the official Service Provider Agreement.
