TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE / SERVICE
By proceeding, I acknowledge and agree that:
- CoreGrand Group Inc. operates as a coordination and aggregation platform and does not directly deliver the services requested. All services are provided by independent third-party Service Providers.
- I understand that CoreGrand’s role is limited to connecting, coordinating, and facilitating communication between Clients and independent Service Providers.
- All payments are required prior to service assignment. Fees are non-refundable, except where required by law or expressly stated in the applicable service agreement.
- I acknowledge that Service Providers operate independently, and CoreGrand Group Inc. is not liable for their actions, omissions, service outcomes, delays, or performance.
- I agree to provide accurate information, maintain respectful communication, and use all services lawfully, responsibly, and in good faith.
- I understand that all services—including but not limited to lifestyle companionship, digital, professional, and matchmaking services—are strictly non-medical, non-therapeutic, and not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or emergency care.
- I consent to CoreGrand Group Inc.’s collection, use, and processing of my information for service coordination, communication, verification, internal operations, and quality assurance, in accordance with applicable privacy requirements.
- I acknowledge that service availability, matching outcomes, and provider performance may be affected by force majeure, unfavorable situations, uncontrollable circumstances, government policies, or unexpected conditions that may temporarily interrupt service delivery.
- I accept that CoreGrand Group Inc.’s liability is limited to its coordination role only and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, I use all services at my own discretion.
- I affirm that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by CoreGrand Group Inc.’s full Terms & Conditions of Use/Service, policies, and any applicable agreements.
